Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Agency & Host Manager in Kuala Lumpur to oversee agency partnerships and develop high-performing live hosts. The ideal candidate will already have an established network within the live streaming, creator economy or social entertainment industry and can work with agencies and hosts across Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Proven experience in Agency Management, Host Management, Live Streaming Operations, Creator Operations, Influencer Management or Voice/Social Platforms.
• Existing network of live streaming agencies and/or hosts is mandatory.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong English and Mandarin communication skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to manage multiple agency and host accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, organised and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Agency & Host Manager to manage agency partnerships and develop high-performing live hosts.

This role is suitable for someone with an existing network within the live streaming, creator economy or social entertainment industry.

Important: Applicants must have an established network of live streaming agencies and/or hosts. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be shortlisted.

Requirements
