Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Sales Enablement & Process Excellence Intern to support optimization of sales operations across Distributor and Direct Sales channels. The role involves documenting SOPs, mapping workflows, and developing dashboards to drive operational efficiency in a dynamic telecom environment.

The internship provides exposure to business analytics, process excellence, automation, and channel enablement, with opportunities to contribute meaningfully during a 6-month period starting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Excel; able to perform data analysis, reporting and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate and GenAI tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Document operational processes and map end-to-end workflows across sales channels.
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
• Analyze sales operations data to identify trends, bottlenecks and recommendations.
• Create guidebooks, manuals, and knowledge repositories for onboarding and knowledge sharing.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related disciplines
