Job summary

eDaran is seeking a capable Business Analyst to evaluate and improve business processes, gather requirements, and deliver IT solutions in a structured manner. You will drive analysis, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure alignment with business goals.

Responsibilities include leading process optimization, conducting meetings, and delivering reports. Fresh graduates are welcome; CPRE certification is a plus and 3+ years of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• CPRE certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of team efforts.
• Effectively communicating insights to cross-functional teams and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with stakeholders and producing reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
• Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Performing user acceptance testing.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
