About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate excels at gathering and analysing requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and internal and external customers to deliver impactful solutions.

This role is open to both fresh graduates eager to build their careers and experienced professionals, with senior roles available for candidates with 4+ years of experience. The Business Analyst will contribute to digital transformation projects, including Generative AI work, in a hybrid environment.

Requirements gathering and analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and needs.
• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements for projects.
• Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to align business processes with technical implementations.

Documentation and reporting

• Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
• Develop user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.

Process improvement

• Analyse and map current business processes to identify inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement optimised workflows using data-driven insights.
• Facilitate workshops or brainstorming sessions with stakeholders to innovate solutions.

Collaboration with technical teams

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements.

Generative AI solutions

• Participate in projects leveraging Generative AI for process automation and enhanced decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
