Job summary

Tentacle Technologies in Kuala Lumpur invites a seasoned Business Analyst to drive digital initiatives in banking projects. You will shape digital roadmaps by partnering with business, technology and design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences for customers and operations.

Bring 6–9 years of BA/PO experience, plus hands-on skills with Figma, Jira and Confluence in Agile settings, and a strong ability to define user stories and BRDs.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or digital product management role.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira, Confluence and Agile environments.
• Strong experience preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions.
• Solid understanding of customer journey mapping, process optimization and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for the delivery of digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across assigned platforms.
• Analyze, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery.
• Prepare approval papers, governance documents and conduct research for new initiatives.
• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation.
• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs.
• Drive transformation of customer servicing journeys through innovative digital solutions.
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders to enhance customer experience.

The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to support and deliver digital initiatives, enhancements and projects across web, mobile and wealth platforms within the banking sector. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the digital banking roadmap, working closely with business, technology and design teams to deliver intuitive, scalable digital experiences that support business growth and operational excellence.
