Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an IT Business Analyst (Cloud) to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define solution requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and support cloud-native applications and API integrations.

The role involves coordinating UAT, driving digital transformation, and working with Agile teams across regional and global stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis or similar.
• Experience with cloud technology or digital transformation projects preferred.
• Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating to technical solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with cross-functional teams.

A successful IT Business Analyst (Cloud) should have:

• Over 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably supporting cloud technology or digital transformation projects
• Hands‑on exposure to AWS and/or Azure cloud environments
• Experience gathering requirements, creating user stories, and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Familiarity with cloud-native applications, microservices, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on delivering business value
• Exposure to Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or modern software delivery practices would be an added advantage
