Job summary

FJ Property Management (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Building Technician to support maintenance and technical operations of assigned property.

The successful candidate will perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, and troubleshoot building systems to keep facilities safe and functional. You will assist in attending to maintenance requests, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining records of inspections and servicing.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in electrical, mechanical, or building maintenance.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and air-conditioning systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve basic technical issues.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily inspections of building facilities and common areas.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
• Monitor lighting, pumps, water supply, drainage systems.
• Attend to maintenance requests from residents and site management.
• Coordinate with contractors during repairs.
• Maintain records of inspections and servicing.
