Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and track completion with available systems.
Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
Use defined procedures to solve straightforward problems and communicate clearly.
Deliver output by following procedures under supervision and guidance.
