Job summary

Tiara Desaru Residence Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Building/Facility Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the property in Malaysia. You will supervise maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utility services while coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure service levels and safety standards are met.

You will handle residents' inquiries and complaints, monitor works, and help prepare management reports for the committee.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building/property/facility management.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and management operations.
• Good experience in managing contractors and service providers.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and handle residents' complaints professionally.
• Responsible, organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and management of the building.
• Supervise building maintenance, facilities, cleanliness and security.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, vendors and service providers.
• Handle residents'/tenants' enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Monitor maintenance works and ensure timely rectification.
• Manage building budgets, expenses and maintenance-related matters.
• Prepare regular management reports for the Management Committee/JMB/MC.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations, by-laws, SMA and STA.
• Attend Management Committee meetings and assist with AGM/other meetings when required.
• Ensure the building is maintained in a safe, clean and well-managed condition.
