Job summary

Jasaland Property Consultant in Puchong is seeking a Building Management Office professional with strong operations and team leadership skills. You will coordinate across service providers and work closely with JMB/MC and developers to maintain building standards.

The role requires willingness to work Monday to Saturday half-day, and to engage with relevant authorities on building management matters, with flexibility for late hours when required.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in Property Management.
• Diploma/Degree in Real Estate Management or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates with minimum 1 year building management experience can be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and lead a team of Building Technicians.
• Manage service providers for the building.
• Coordinate with JMB/MC and developers as required.
• Work with authorities (COB, KPKT, TNB, Syabas, Majlis) related to Building Management.
• Attend monthly meetings and prepare minutes; handle late hours when needed.

Jasaland Property Consultant – Puchong New Village

• Preferably must have minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office
• Familiar with Accounting System CSS, UBS and Advelsoft
• Able to handle operations and a team of Building Technicians
• Able to manage all service providers in the building
• Able to work along with the JMB/MC and/or Developer
• Working Hours from Monday to Saturday (half day)
• Work along with all relevant authorities (COB, KPKT, TNB, Syabas, Majlis) in relation to Building Management
• Willing to work under pressure
• Willing to work late hours if required
• Able to organise and attend monthly meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

Qualification

• Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology) and Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office but must have the knowledge in Property Management
