Position Overview

The Branding Executive is responsible for executing corporate branding strategies, marketing campaigns, and technical content initiatives across global semiconductor markets. This role acts as a strategic bridge between engineering/R&D and global commercial teams, transforming complex mechatronics, process equipment, and automation platforms into compelling brand assets, presentations, and market outreach programs. You will ensure strict brand compliance across all internal and external communication channels while driving lead generation and customer engagement.

Job Description

Corporate Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Brand Governance: Enforce corporate brand guidelines across all digital platforms, offline collaterals, technical datasheets, and event assets.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote product releases, innovation milestones, and corporate capability updates.
• Market Intelligence: Track and analyze semiconductor equipment market trends, competitor positioning, and industry shifts to optimize outreach strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Execute targeted branding programs designed to strengthen brand positioning, customer retention, and long-term loyalty

2. Technical Collateral & Cross-Functional Messaging

• Technical Content Development: Partner with product design, software, and R&D teams to translate complex engineering concepts into clear, value-driven marketing materials.
• Presentation & Sales Enablement: Design high-impact corporate and technical presentation decks for trade shows, executive client meetings, and technical symposiums.
• Product Launch Support: Develop integrated communication and marketing plans to generate awareness and commercial traction for new semiconductor equipment platforms.

3. Communications & Media Management

• Internal Communications: Implement internal communication frameworks to ensure organizational alignment on corporate milestones, culture, and strategic goals.
• External Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with industry media, trade publications, and regional semiconductor associations to elevate corporate exposure.
• Digital & Analytics Tracking: Manage corporate digital channels, monitor campaign performance metrics, and deliver data-driven optimization reports.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or an engineering degree with demonstrated technical marketing expertise).
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive marketing and branding experience, preferably within semiconductor, high-precision manufacturing, industrial automation, or B2B technology sectors.
• Technical Mastery:
  • Content & Media Tools: Proficiency in modern design, content creation, social media management, and analytics platforms.
  • Collateral Production: Hands-on capability in drafting, designing, and publishing technical product datasheets, whitepapers, and presentation decks.

• Core Competencies:
  • B2B Branding Mastery: Solid foundation in corporate positioning, integrated campaign management, and market segmentation.
  • Communication & Technical Aptitude: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical details clearly.
