LKK Global seeks a sharp, self-directed Brand Manager to own the CEO's personal brand and the group's presence across multiple channels. You will originate concepts, guide production, and ensure consistent storytelling across websites and social platforms.
You will lead publishing, measure impact, manage community interactions, and shape the CEO’s public persona and the group’s corporate brands. Mentorship is a core part of the role as you grow with the team.
We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Brand Manager to own the personal brand of our CEO and the brand presence of the companies he leads: someone who originates the ideas rather than waiting for a brief, and who can carry one clear story across every channel we are on.
The question to ask yourself is, does owning how someone is seen in public excite you, or does the responsibility weigh on you?
1. Personal brand ownership: Own the CEO's personal brand end to end, across his website, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, podcast, and earned media. His companies span several industries, which gives you a wide range of stories to tell.
2. Concept origination: Come up with the concepts yourself, and think holistically so each idea works across the CEO's personal brand, the group's companies, and every channel. You will be given direction and access, not a brief to execute.
3. Production direction: Brief and steer whoever makes the work, whether an in-house designer, a videographer, or a freelancer, and hold the quality bar on everything before it goes out.
4. Publishing and placement: Post and place the work across the website, the social channels, and the CEO's own presentation material.
5. Results and reporting: Analyse what each piece did, and give the CEO a monthly, honest read on what worked, what did not, and what changes next.
6. Community management: Run the comments, the messages, and the relationships with the people who keep showing up.
7. Public presence: Direct how the CEO shows up in public and on camera, including image, styling, and lifestyle content when he travels or appears at events.
8. Company branding: Build and maintain the brand presence of the group's companies across various industries, aimed at clients and partnerships.
9. Podcast content: Shape the CEO's podcast, from the episode titles and copy to the questions worth asking, so that people curious about the business world want to listen, learn, and follow.
10. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive personal and company information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
1. A portfolio of accounts you have grown for an individual person, not only for a company. This is the first thing we will ask to see.
2. Ideas of your own, and the judgement to know which ones are worth making.
3. A strong sense of design and presentation: able to direct and quality-check visual content, photos and video, whether producing it yourself or directing others.
4. Fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu, with a working grasp of what performs on each.
5. Taste you can defend under pressure, and the willingness to be overruled without losing the thread.
6. Anticipates what is needed and solves problems before being asked, rather than waiting for instruction.
7. Learns fast and works with minimal supervision, rarely needing the same thing explained twice.
8. Comfortable being held to output, quality, and results.
9. Takes pride in handling personal and confidential matters with discretion, even in situations you may disagree with or find difficult.
10. Tech-familiar and comfortable with digital tools, analytics, scheduling software, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
11. Fluent English, spoken and written.
12. Mandarin literacy is an advantage, as it opens up Xiaohongshu and Mandarin-speaking audiences. It is not a requirement, and we welcome fluent candidates of any background.
13. Contactable during non-office hours for urgent matters that arise.
14. Four or more years in brand, social media, content, or communications, with at least one account you can point to as you fully managed.
15. Any extra strength in photography, videography, copywriting, public relations, or paid social would be a plus.
You will be joining a group whose companies have collectively won multiple awards, delivered consistent revenue growth of more than 20% year-on-year, reached eight figures in revenue, and maintained above-industry-average profitability. You will work directly with a seasoned, award-winning entrepreneur, shaping and amplifying his public presence, and be personally mentored and guided by an empathetic business leader along the way.
You will enjoy this role if you want your work seen rather than filed, and if you take satisfaction in building something that carries a person's name as well as a company's. We dedicate significant resources to developing our people: you will have access to training and mentorship to sharpen your skills and advance your career. As you grow, opportunities to lead and move into other roles will open up, should your growth match what those roles require. Expect real ownership early, and expect to be held to it.
We receive more than 1,000 CVs every month, and we may miss some good candidates. If you believe you fit the role described, please resubmit your application. We celebrate persistence.
