Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM level completed.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
• Basic knowledge of retail environment and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase.
• Identify interested customers and provide brand information.
• Deliver promotions and incentives to educate/persuade purchases.
• Meet personal sales targets and drive sell-through.
• Up-sell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Record sales via the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish shelves and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderly store area.
