Clarks Outlet is seeking a Customer Sales Associate to assist customers in-store, explain product details, and uphold brand standards. You will handle promotions, upsell opportunities, and maintain product displays with proper housekeeping in a footwear-focused retail environment.

The role requires basic retail knowledge, English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency, and the ability to work following visual merchandising guidelines. Join our team to deliver excellent service and achieve sales targets.

Formación

• Educated to SPM level.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of retail operating environment.
• Retail management and store operation.
• Footwear industry knowledge.
• Basic visual merchandising.
• Housekeeping standards.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate and explain products to persuade customers to purchase.
• Identify qualified customers and provide brand information.
• Articulate promotions and incentives to educate customers.
• Deliver sell-through to meet personal sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Record sales using the point-of-sale system.
• Replenish shelves and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keep areas neat and return items to correct locations.
• Provide excellent service to customers and vendors.
• Perform stock checks and stock counts as instructed.
• Follow visual merchandising guidelines.
• Observe punctuality and grooming standards.
• Ensure store security and report breaches when necessary.
• Attend to customer feedback and escalate when needed.
