Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking an experienced Branch Banking & Premier Banking Sales Manager to lead the consumer sales teams and drive revenue while ensuring service quality and compliance. The role focuses on managing branch resources, cross-selling, and building partnerships with IQ Corporates.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of branch banking experience, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of banking laws and practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in banking and finance, accounting or business administration.
• At least 5 years’ experience in branch banking with exposure to sales and service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of banking law and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the consumer sales team for Branch Banking and Premier Banking.
• Achieve revenue targets for the branch with strong risk management.
• Build business partnerships and reciprocal relationships.
• Recruitment and staff retention to maintain low attrition.
• Coordinate with IQ Corporates for cross-selling and growth.
