Job summary

Kiong Gay Plasterceil Sdn Bhd seeks a Branch Operations Supervisor to lead daily branch activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to SOPs. You will act as the Branch PIC and primary liaison with HQ, coordinating staff, attendance and reporting on operations.

The role covers supervising branch personnel, Warehouse and Logistics, tracking sales performance, and managing quotations, orders, invoices and deliveries. Occasional travel between branches is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, administration, branch operations or supervisory roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SQL accounting system experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel between branches for training, meetings or operational support.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Act as the Branch PIC and main liaison with HQ, coordinating and reporting staff, attendance and operations.
• Supervise branch personnel including Warehouse and Logistics operations.
• Monitor sales and collection performance of branch Sales Representatives and Sales Admin staff.
• Oversee quotations, customer orders, invoices, deliveries and related sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to maintain branch stock at required safety levels.
• Ensure documents are submitted to HQ for accounting and month-end closing.
• Ensure operations, documentation and staff activities comply with SOPs and requirements.
• Support staff training, onboarding, attendance monitoring and daily work coordination.
• Monitor branch facilities, equipment and housekeeping for proper maintenance.
• Monitor use and control of branch assets and resources.
• Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Management.
