The Goodnite is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our outlets. You will drive sales growth, manage daily operations, and coach outlet teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Achieve annual sales targets by driving sustainable sales growth and monitoring daily performance.
• Drive sales growth through cross-selling and optimizing product mix.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience in furniture, mattresses, home furnishing, cabinetry, or related retail industries will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and financial performance indicators.

• Achieve annual sales targets by driving sustainable sales growth through effective planning, monitoring daily sales performance, and taking corrective action when necessary.
• Drive sales growth by maximizing opportunities, balancing product category performance, and promoting cross-selling.
• Optimize sales performance through data analysis, strategic action plans, and regular performance reviews to improve productivity and profitability.
• Execute effective sales campaigns and promotional activities to maximize outlet participation, revenue growth, and market opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and motivate outlet teams to achieve business objectives while developing a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience by maintaining high service standards, resolving customer issues effectively, strengthening customer loyalty, and using customer insights to improve products and services.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor market trends, identify potential business opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase outlet traffic and sales.
• Ensure effective inventory control through accurate stock management, replenishment planning, stock optimization, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Ensure efficient outlet operations by maintaining SOP compliance, managing resources effectively, maintaining strong visual merchandising standards, and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and operational excellence.
