Job summary

HABIB Group seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead our premium jewellery retail branch in Malaysia, driving sales, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while maintaining visual merchandising standards and ensuring regulatory compliance, with weekends and public holidays as part of retail hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of retail management experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and branch profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations, including inventory management, cash handling, financial reporting, and stock control.
• Plan and execute sales, promotional, and marketing initiatives to drive branch growth and profitability.
• Monitor branch performance through sales reports and KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and implement action plans.
• Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards that reflect the company's premium brand image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, security procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members through regular performance reviews and continuous learning initiatives.
