Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group Malaysia is seeking an experienced luxury retail leader to manage a boutique in Malaysia. You will drive sales, lead a team, and ensure a premium client experience that reflects our heritage and craftsmanship.

The role requires strong analytical skills, coaching abilities, and a passion for jewellery. You will manage client relationships, monitor performance, and uphold brand standards across operations and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial / team lead role (luxury or jewellery industry preferred).
• Analytical and results-driven with sound commercial acumen.
• Experience in supporting activations and CRM events
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Passion for luxury retail, customer service, and team development

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Monitor business performance, analyse sales reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive clienteling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat purchases.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance

• Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
• Monitor business performance, analyse sales reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Drive clienteling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat purchases.

Client Experience & Brand Representation

• Lead by example in delivering a luxury client experience and personalised service.
• Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand image, storytelling, and heritage.
• Resolve client issues with professionalism, tact and discretion.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop luxury sales talent.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and product knowledge training.
• Create a culture of teamwork, accountability, service excellence and brand passion.
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and sales floor assignments.

Operations Excellence

• Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, inventory standards, and cash management procedures.
• Oversee stock levels, loss prevention strategies, and visual merchandising guidelines.
• Manage boutique administration including reporting, expenses, and audit requirements.

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Stay informed of retail trends, competitor activities, and emerging client expectations.
• Support localised marketing or client activation events as required.

Requirements:
