Job summary

Ruangguru for Business in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Operations Leader to coordinate and manage branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and overseeing the academic process.

You will lead all activity initiatives across branches, including events and promotions, and drive student engagement and enrollment while analyzing local market conditions to optimize revenue. You will also oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Leadership experience in Sales & Marketing or Business Operations is required.
• Experience managing a team is expected.
