Job summary

Public Mutual Berhad seeks a Branch Manager for Batu Pahat to oversee daily branch operations and coach staff. You will drive agency development activities, including sales, recruitment and business development, and conduct training courses and talks.

The role requires a degree in any discipline and at least 6 years in banking/insurance/unit trust, with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to achieve branch goals and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Able to plan, organise and execute branch activities.
• Good supervisory and leadership skills.
