Job summary

HABIB Group in Malaysia is seeking a Branch Manager for Ar Rahnu Express to lead a dynamic team and deliver premier customer service while ensuring smooth branch operations and profitability.

You will plan promotions, monitor performance, and uphold the brands premium image, with responsibility for training and development of staff. 5–7 years in jewellery luxury retail and full Malaysian working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
