Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in retail, preferably jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.
