Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience in retail, preferably jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting, and visual merchandising.

Requirements:
