Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• 5–7 years retail experience, preferably jewellery, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong leadership, people management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch profitability.
• Team player with high integrity, detail-oriented and customer-focused.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and manage retail staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee daily branch operations including inventory management, financial reporting and visual merchandising.
• Plan and execute promotional and marketing activities to boost branch performance.
• Monitor and analyse branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain showroom standards to reflect the brand’s premium image.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and legal requirements.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, performance reviews and career development.
