Job summary

Happy Fish Swim School in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Branch Associate (Front Desk & Operations). You will welcome visitors, manage reception, handle admin tasks, and help coordinate daily branch activities.

Fluency in English and Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is preferred to serve our diverse client base. Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires a cheerful, meticulous team player who can work shifts, 5 days a week with 2 weekday days off.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma level education or above.
• Friendly and helpful personality; love meeting people.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and students with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the lounge, changing rooms, and reception.
• Support front desk operations including attendance tracking and administrative tasks.
• Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines.
• Report issues to Branch Manager.
• Contribute to a friendly, safe learning environment.

Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base.

Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above

Responsibility

Provide warm, friendly customer service to all visitors and students

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the branch (Lounge, changing rooms, reception)

Support front desk operations (attendance tracking, admin tasks, etc.)

Assist with class coordination and daily branch routines

Report and elevate any issues or emergencies to the Branch Manager

Ensure a clean, cheerful, and well-organised learning environment
