About the Role

An opportunity to take full ownership of a prestigious luxury watch boutique, leading an established retail team while driving commercial performance, client development and exceptional boutique standards.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of boutique performance, driving sales targets, business objectives and strategic initiatives to maximise growth.

Lead the clienteling and CRM strategy, developing high-value client relationships, expanding the clientele base and delivering an exceptional luxury experience.

Lead, coach and develop the boutique team through effective manpower planning, performance management and regular feedback.

Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, inventory and boutique standards, ensuring alignment with international luxury brand guidelines.

Analyse business opportunities and implement initiatives that strengthen sales performance, customer engagement and long-term boutique growth.

Requirements

5 years of retail experience, including 3 years in a management capacity.

Strong background in luxury retail, preferably within watches, jewellery or a comparable high-end environment.

Proven ability to lead a boutique team and deliver against sales targets and commercial KPIs.

Strong experience in clienteling, CRM and high-value customer relationship management.

Commercially driven, service-oriented and confident taking full ownership of boutique performance.
