Job summary

HEGIRA HIJAB in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly retail associate to ensure shelves are neatly arranged, stock is replenished, and customers receive helpful recommendations.

You will operate the cash register, process sales, handle price changes, discounts, returns, and maintain cleanliness of the sales floor, storeroom, and cashpoint. The role favors candidates aged 20-35 with own transport and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a POS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain shelves and stock levels on the floor.
• Handle discounts, price changes, and customer returns.
• Assist customers with product recommendations.

• Unload deliveries and attach price tags to items.
• Keep the store, cashpoint, and storeroom clean and organized.

Performing basic housekeeping duties to ensure that the cashpoint, sales floor, and storeroom are well-maintained.

Addressing customer concerns and inquiries as well as resolving customer complaints.

Answering telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.

Unloading and unpacking store deliveries as well as attaching price tags to all store products.
