Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and ensure products are well-stocked.
• Handle discounts, price changes, and customer returns.
• Provide product knowledge to recommend items.
• Assist customers in locating products.
• Operate the cash register and process sales.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashpoint, sales floor, storeroom.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
• Answer telephone calls courteously.
• Unload deliveries and attach price tags to products.
• Have own transport and willingness to travel.
