Job summary

SOGO Kuala Lumpur is seeking an HR Admin to support the daily HR operations, maintain the employee database, input and track employee information, and safeguard confidential records.

You will assist with scheduling, interviews, orientation and training, and liaise with staff to resolve queries while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent with minimum 2 year of working experience in a similar capacity.
Computer literate and good in Microsoft Office applications.
Good organization with attention to details, good team player with positive working attitude.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and able to multi-task.
Able to work on retail hours, weekends & public holidays.

Job description

Organizes HR records and maintains strict employee confidentiality.

Handle in scheduling and interviewing job applicants, prepares employment offers, contracts, and on boarding documents.

Handling staff uniforms, ordering and managing office supplies/stationaries inventories.

Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries.

Execute and perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Requirements:
