Job summary

Nexus Wise Sdn Bhd is seeking a Boiler & Production Operator to join our Semenyih facility. The role combines boiler operations, routine maintenance and hands-on production support in a busy nutraceutical ingredient environment.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically fit and able to balance boiler duties with production tasks, following SOPs and 6S practices to ensure consistent quality and uptime.

Qualifications

• Boilerman Grade 2 Certificate required or recognised by DOSH/JKKP.
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial boiler systems is essential.
• Basic understanding of machinery, production processes and safety procedures.
• Ability to keep accurate operation records and logs.
• Willingness to perform hands-on production tasks and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor boiler systems to ensure safe, efficient production.
• Conduct daily inspections and preventive maintenance on boiler equipment.
• Record boiler parameters, fuel usage and water levels.
• Maintain boiler room logs and documentation.
• Assist with daily production activities and material handling.
• Follow SOPs, safety rules and 6S housekeeping standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and respond to alarms or anomalies.
• Support stock movement and packing as needed.
