Renal Laboratories is seeking an Operations team member to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient boiler and water treatment systems performance in Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan. You will support continuous production by maintaining operating standards, responding to steam requirements, and coordinating essential inspections and maintenance activities.

The role requires hands-on boiler operation experience, knowledge of steam equipment, water treatment, and strong safety focus.

Formación

• Experience in boiler operation or utilities in an industrial environment.
• Ability to monitor boiler parameters and respond to abnormal conditions.
• Practical troubleshooting and basic repair skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily patrols of boilers, utilities and facilities to verify condition.
• Monitor and maintain boiler operations to safe conditions.
• Prepare chemicals, analyse boiler water and control operations within limits.
• Repair, maintain and clean boilers and steam-related equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors during boiler inspections by authorities.
• Respond to production steam upsets and changing steam demand.
• Troubleshoot problems related to machinery and boiler room operations.
• Maintain operational records and report abnormalities to the team.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
