Job summary

Nestlé Malaysia in Shah Alam is seeking a Boilerman to support safe and efficient boiler operations within our manufacturing facility. You will monitor boiler performance, perform routine maintenance, and maintain logs of fuel consumption and steam production as part of a collaborative production team.

In this role you will train and guide junior team members while upholding strict health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Boilerman or in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical understanding of boiler systems and associated equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and controlling the operation of industrial boilers and associated equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address any issues
• Maintaining detailed logs and records of boiler operations, including fuel consumption and steam production
• Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Collaborating with the wider production team to ensure seamless operations
• Providing training and guidance to less experienced team members
