Job summary

SRI SENGGORA KILANG KELAPA SAWIT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced boiler operator to operate and monitor steam boiler per SOP, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves daily inspection, maintenance, and accurate record-keeping, with willingness to work on shift.

Candidates should hold a Boilerman Grade 1/2 certificate recognized by JKKP and have knowledge of boiler safety procedures. Experience in boiler operation is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Valid Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certificate recognised by JKKP.
• Experience in boiler operation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of boiler operation, maintenance and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor steam boiler according to SOP and safety requirements.
• Monitor boiler pressure, water level, temperature and steam supply.
• Perform daily inspection and routine maintenance of boiler equipment.
• Monitor boiler water treatment and perform blowdown as required.
• Maintain daily operation records and logbooks.
• Identify and report any boiler malfunction or abnormal operation.
• Ensure compliance with JKKP/DOSH regulations and safety procedures.
