Job summary

You will perform inspections, logs, fuel management, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs, while upholding environmental standards and shifting schedules as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or technical certification.
• Valid Boilerman Certificate.
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in boiler operations.
• Basic knowledge of boiler systems, safety procedures and maintenance.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating, monitoring and maintaining boilers to ensure safe and efficient production operations at all times.
• Record temperature, pressure, and fuel consumption readings regularly.
• Ensure sufficient fuel supply and proper combustion process.
• Identify and report any faults, leaks or abnormalities immediately.
• Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with maintenance team for major issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the boiler room.
• Comply with all safety regulations, company policies and environmental standards.
