Responsibilities

• Assist supervisor to operate and maintain the property, including technical, maintenance, procurement, and asset/vendor management.
• Ensure site operations meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Maintain an effective work order system and document client requirements to the FM team.
• Liaise with client on-site representatives and provide backup in supervisor's absence.
