Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Regional lead for the Sabah sub-site to assist the superior in delivering operations and maintenance, procurement, and asset & vendor management at the site in Kota Kinabalu.

The role requires a Chargeman BO certificate by the Energy Commission, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks, coordinate with client representatives, and lead a facilities team.

Qualifications

• Chargeman BO certification by Suruhanjaya Tenaga is required.
• Civil, electrical or building-management background is preferred.
• Able to manage multiple operational tasks daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to mentor colleagues and coordinate with client teams.
• Proficient in Windows; AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide backup support to the superior and liaise with on-site client teams to improve environmental performance.
