Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Service Engineer specialized in Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS). The role focuses on on-site project management, diagnostics, and support across critical buildings, with strong emphasis on Modbus, BACnet, LonWorks, and IEC61850 protocols.

Candidate should have 3+ years in onsite service and be willing to travel extensively. This hybrid position requires hands-on experience with EMS/BMS, power monitoring, and SCADA

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering with at least 3 years in onsite services.
• EMS, BMS, Power Monitoring or SCADA knowledge and project delivery experience.
• Field device protocols: Modbus, SNMP, BACnet, LonWorks, IEC61850; IT/network basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote technical support for BMS and EPMS installations.
• Lead commissioning, testing, maintenance, repairs and upgrades.
• Collaborate with engineers, sub-contractors and sales teams to deliver solutions.
• Identify gaps in technical and digital skills and guide improvements.
• Prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals and repair reports.
