Schneider Electric is seeking a senior engineer to lead the deployment of Building Management System and Electrical Power Management System projects in Malaysia. You will drive technical discussions with customers and coordinate with global teams to ensure design, FATs, and on-site deployment meet contractual requirements.

The role requires extensive hands-on engineering work, system architecture, PLC/SCADA/DDC development, and close collaboration with project teams to maximize profitability

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years leading technical projects or as a Solutions/Application Engineer for large international customer projects.
• Experience with PLC, SCADA and DDC systems; HVAC control experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of Building Management System / Electrical Power Management System in Malaysia.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and act as main technical contact; monitor deliverables and report status.
• Prepare and conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and ensure contractual compliance.
• Design and approve integrated solutions, maximize project profitability, and manage technical risk.
• Collaborate with global teams, ensure adherence to Schneider Electric standards, and support project managers on progress tracking.
• Produce engineering outputs (architecture, interface points, schedules, drawings, graphics, configurations).
