Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is a plus.
• Ability to read job specs, schematics, shop orders, prints; perform basic math and interpret data.
• Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple activities.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Good verbal and written communication; able to work in a team or independently.
• Experience with chemicals or cable manufacturing is a plus.
• Comfortable sitting/standing for extended periods; may use a microscope; may solder/rework wires.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds; adhere to safety rules and protective gear.

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by safety/compliance standards.
• Interpret blueprint drawings to build to specifications.
• Use measuring devices for the process.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals.
• Identify quality issues and ensure product quality.
• Perform buddy checks to verify teammates' work.
• Complete production paperwork and ITS data entries.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Set up and change tooling as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
