Job summary

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by safety/compliance standards set by the area/Samtec.
• Interpret blueprint drawings to build product to required specifications.
• Use measuring devices to verify tolerances for given processes.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals for the area.
• Maintain knowledge of potential quality issues and ensure product quality.
• Perform buddy checks to ensure team outputs meet specs.
• Complete production paperwork and data collection entries.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
• Setup and change tooling as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
