Qualifications

• Strong data analysis capability and data-driven approach.
• Experience with production/process knowledge in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent problem solving, investigation skills and attention to detail.
• Proven people management and leadership abilities.
• Lean and six sigma knowledge is preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team player able to work across multiple groups.
• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to meet organizational objectives.
• Own performance metrics for area including safety, quality, and delivery.
• Ensure policies, EHS, and quality requirements are followed.
• Provide training and certify associates per SOP/WI.
• Hold regular 1:1 and team meetings for updates and calibration.
• Maintain safe work environment and proper PPE/LOTO practices.
• Ensure production meets prints and quality standards.
• Drive continuous quality improvements and track OD/PPM.
