You should have basic math, good communication, and teamwork skills, plus familiarity with Microsoft Office. Prior manufacturing or line experience is a plus and safety adherence is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand job specifications, schematics, and shop orders.
• Perform basic math calculations and interpret basic statistics.
• Good verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with blueprint interpretation and measuring devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and abide by safety/compliance standards for the area.
• Interpret blueprints and build product to specifications.
• Use measuring devices pertinent to the process.
• Meet or exceed productivity goals for the area.
• Identify and understand quality issues and take corrective action.
• Perform buddy checks to verify teammates' work meets specs.
• Complete production paperwork and ITS data entries as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and setup tooling as needed.
• Adhere to supervisor instructions and perform other duties as assigned.
