Responsibilities

• Support installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and repairs of medical equipment.
• Administer preventive maintenance plans to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate work processes to ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Prepare customer quotations and follow up on purchase orders.
• Process service orders, billing and delivery in alignment with procedures.
• Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory requirements.
