Job summary

RYBE ENGINEERING (M) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled BIM modeller to develop detailed 3D BIM models for MEP projects. You will collaborate across teams to ensure models meet design requirements and perform clash detection to resolve conflicts, while generating visuals and documentation from BIM data.

Maintain BIM models as designs progress, and provide training on BIM tools. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BIM experience in electrical environments and strong knowledge of BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a BIM modeller or similar in electrical environment.
• Proficient in BIM software: Revit, ArchiCAD or equivalent.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; added advantage.
• Strong understanding of electrical system construction, materials and building systems.
• Excellent 3D modelling, visualization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
• Familiar with BIM standards and best practices.

Requirement

• Proficient in using AutoCAD software with be added advantage.
