Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a BIM Modeller to support MEP/ACMV projects in Johor Bahru. The role focuses on 3D modelling, drawing production, and coordination to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

You will develop BIM models using Revit (MEP), prepare shop drawings and construction documentation, perform clash detection with Navisworks, and collaborate with engineers, project managers, QS and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or BIM-related field.
• 3–5 years of BIM experience in MEP/ACMV projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with clash detection, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Experience working with project managers and QS teams.
• Knowledge of Singapore BCA / Malaysia CIDB standards is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and good coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Johor Bahru site-based / project-based as required.
