Job summary

Bond M&E (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a BIM Modeller to prepare technical shop and as-built drawings in line with project inputs. The role involves creating 3D and 2D BIM models and AutoCAD layouts, and coordinating with architects, subcontractors and suppliers across project stages.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in engineering, has 1+ year of relevant experience, and is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and MS Office.

• Candidate must possess at least diploma level in engineering or related qualifications.
• Required skills: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, MS Office, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical shop drawings and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with Project team for drafting and design input.
• Prepare and maintain AutoCAD layout plans and other drawings.
• Prepare BIM modelling, 3D and 2D drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, subcontractors and suppliers at various stages of works.

Job description

To prepare technical shop drawings and as-built drawings to support Project team, ensure compliance of drawings with regulatory specifications.

To discuss and coordinate with the Project team for drafting and design input

To prepare and maintain Autocad layout plans and other drawings in the related software

To prepare BIM Modelling, 3D and 2D drawings

To co‑coordinate with architects, subcontractors and suppliers at various stages of works effectively

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least diploma level in engineering and other relevant qualifications.

Required skill(s): AutoCad, Revit, BIM, MS Office, etc.

Required language: BM, English.

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Preferably Senior Executive specialized in M&E construction or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Resourceful and able to work independently under minimum supervision, organized and attention to details

Able to work under pressure to achieve datelines.
