Job summary

HEB Group is seeking a BIM modelling professional to provide and update discipline models, ensuring model integrity through project delivery and coordinating clash analyses. The role involves supporting the preparation and updating of design and construction drawings based on coordination reports.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in an engineering-related field with 1–2 years of BIM experience and strong skills in Civil3D or similar BIM software.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, BIM, or related discipline
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling
• Proficient in Civil3D and/or relevant BIM software
• Basic knowledge of BIM modelling, clash detection, and model coordination
• Experience in preparing and updating design and construction drawings
• Able to update models and drawings based on coordination reports and clash analysis
• Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or infrastructure projects is an added advantage

Job description

This role involves providing and updating discipline models, ensuring accountability and integrity of continuous models throughout project implementation, and performing clash analysis at the discipline level. You will assist in preparing design and construction drawings and update or amend them based on design coordination reports and clash analysis.

About you
