Job summary

Leighton Asia is seeking a talented and experienced BIM Engineer / CAD Expert to support delivery of high-quality BIM and CAD services across major construction and infrastructure projects in Malaysia.

You will develop BIM models, produce BIM deliverables, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, and ensure compliance with project BIM standards and execution plans. The role requires a degree and 5+ years of BIM/CAD experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, and Navisworks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 5+ years in drafting and BIM/CAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM modelling, BIM coordination, and BEP.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks and other BIM applications.
• Experience producing Shop Drawings, CSD, and ISD from BIM models is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of clash analysis, construction simulation, and drawing extraction from BIM models.
• Understanding of civil structures, engineering design, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects within deadlines.
