Zusammenfassung

Arup Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Specialist to join our design team and deliver CAD/BIM models, drawings, and documentation across infrastructure, science, industry and planning projects.

The role requires 2–5 years in architecture within a consulting environment, strong BIM knowledge, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and the Adobe Creative Suite; Southeast Asia exposure is advantageous. Office-based role in KL.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• 2–5 years’ experience in architecture within a consulting environment.
• Expertise and strong understanding of BIM.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino, AutoCAD, or SketchUp.
• Familiarity with planning and development contexts in Southeast Asia advantageous.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office tools.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and maintain CAD and BIM models, drawings, and documentation for architecture, planning, infrastructure, and science & industry projects.
• Produce concept, detailed design, construction, and statutory submission drawings, including diagrams, visualisations, cross-sections, and space planning studies.
• Support architects, planners, and project leaders in the delivery of high-quality project documentation, presentations, and technical outputs.
• Apply BIM standards and submission requirements, support compliance documentation, and manage project deliverables across multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
